The Mystic Irish Parade Foundation is proud to recognize the 2013 parade as our historic 9th annual parade. We are thrilled to have established such a popular and growing tradition in Mystic and for the surrounding communities. Your help and participation has made this event, a keystone in family entertainment and the pivotal Irish/Celtic cultural event in southeastern Connecticut. We've been hard at work all year and once again we'll deliver you the Grandest parade in the land. There are some exciting new things to look for in this year's parade as we welcome back the Free men of the Sea, local fire departments, Westerly High School marching band, Countless Pipe Bands, local first responders and several new floats from area businesses. As usual we have a special treat for you, the world famous Irish rock band Black 47 will be traveling down the parade route playing their well known hits for all to enjoy.
