Beginning at Prospect Avenue……Eagle Rock Avenue will be shut down beginning at 11am to 3pm, please use alternate routes. Shuttle Bus Info - Starting at 11 am the corners of Mississippi Ave and Harrison Ave to transport marchers and spectators to the beginning of the Parade.
